How many guests can stay?
The chalet sleeps 10 guests in two triple and two double bedrooms. There are two bathrooms and a dining area for 10. It suits two families or a group of friends.
How do booking and payment work?
Select arrival and departure in the calendar, check availability and enter your name, email, phone and number of guests. Your enquiry is saved and a reference is displayed. We agree the price and details directly with you. A stay is booked only after our confirmation. Payment can be arranged by bank transfer or in cash.
What are the cancellation terms?
Please confirm cancellation terms and any deposit with us before making a binding reservation. To change an agreed stay, contact us by phone or email.
Can I bring a pet?
Please check with us in advance whether your pet can stay. Include the request in your booking enquiry notes.
Is parking available?
Yes, free unguarded parking for 2–3 cars is about 20 metres from the chalet. Winter tyres are recommended in snowy conditions.
How do I get to Štrbské Pleso?
Take the cog railway from Tatranský Lieskovec, about 250 metres from the chalet, to Štrbské Pleso. You can also drive. Check the current timetable before travelling.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is from 14:00 and check-out by 10:00. Later arrival or departure can be arranged in advance.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not allowed inside the chalet. It is permitted only outdoors in the shelter, on the terrace or in the garden.
Is the chalet suitable for winter holidays?
Yes. There is heating throughout, a wood-burning stove, ski storage on the ground floor and a warm floor. Ski slopes and cross-country skiing opportunities are available around Štrbské Pleso.
Is there Wi-Fi and an equipped kitchen?
Yes. Guests have free Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen with two dishwashers, a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, kettle and cookware.
Do we rent the entire chalet or individual rooms?
Your booking is for the entire Chata Zuzanka chalet for up to 10 guests. It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a shared living room.
What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay and number of guests depend on the daily conditions for your selected dates. Check the calendar for the exact price and minimum number of guests and nights for your dates.
